The educational intervention was designed based on the integration of Quranic education, social skills, structured family interaction, and the creative use of the Shad messenger platform. Data were collected over one academic semester through direct and systematic observation of the learning process, interviews with parents and colleagues, and analysis of questionnaires completed by 27 parents, then processed using qualitative content analysis. Findings indicated that the program led to spiritual flourishing and a spontaneous increase in interest in the Quran; sustained intrinsic motivation and continuous participation in cultural-research competitions; creative growth in social skills (especially responsible confidentiality and cooperation); a strengthened spirit of law-abidingness and responsibility in both real and virtual interactions; the consolidation of the value of work and success in academic goals; and enhanced respectful interaction between parents and students. The results suggest that the joyful classroom, far more than a mere educational space, provides an integrated platform for simultaneously nurturing spiritual, moral, social, and motivational dimensions and is aligned with the goals of the Fundamental Reform Document of Education. این مطالعه با هدف واکاوی پیامدهای چندگانه اجرای یک برنامه آموزشی نشاط‌محور و منسجم در پایه چهارم ابتدایی انجام شد. مداخله آموزشی بر پایه تلفیق آموزش قرآن، مهارت‌های اجتماعی، تعامل ساختاریافته با خانواده و بهره‌گیری خلاقانه از بستر پیام‌رسان شاد طراحی گردید. داده‌ها در طول یک نیمسال تحصیلی از طریق مشاهده مستقیم و نظام‌مند فرایند یادگیری، مصاحبه با والدین و همکاران، و بررسی پرسش‌نامه‌های تکمیل‌شده توسط ۲۷ نفر از اولیا گردآوری و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی پردازش شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد برنامه مذکور به شکوفایی معنوی و افزایش علاقه خودجوش به قرآن، پایداری انگیزش درونی و مشارکت مستمر در رقابت‌های فرهنگی-پژوهشی، رشد خلاقیت در مهارت‌های اجتماعی (به‌ویژه رازداری مسئولانه و همیاری)، تقویت روحیه قانون‌مداری و مسئولیت‌پذیری در تعاملات واقعی و مجازی، تثبیت ارزش کار و موفقیت در اهداف تحصیلی، و ارتقای تعامل احترام‌آمیز میان والدین و دانش‌آموزان انجامید. نتایج بیانگر آن است که کلاس شاد، فراتر از یک فضای آموزشی صرف، بستری یکپارچه برای پرورش همزمان ابعاد معنوی، اخلاقی، اجتماعی و انگیزشی فراهم می‌آورد و با اهداف سند تحول بنیادین همسو است. /downloadfilepdf/2057755
